I want to add multiple custom email addresses to receive email requests. Based on which email address is the recipient will determine a different automation (add component X).
How do I create an automation rule in Jira Service Desk that accesses the email address of the recipient email address (not the sender)?

Currently, it's not possible to associate multiple email addresses to a single service desk project. You can add only one custom email and also use the email generated by Jira.
