We are interested in Jira Service Desk. One of the things we need is to connect some of our email accounts to Jira Service Desk to convert emails to tickets automatically.
We checked the documentation but didn't find it it is possible to only retrieve mails that are in a certain Gmail Label.
We receive a lot of emails in our accounts but not all of them, maybe 20% of them are elegible to be converted into issues.

Hi David,
Currently, Jira Service Desk only pulls email from the inbox and it's not possible to set a label or another folder for Jira to read and create tickets, that's why is important to use an email only to receive requests and that no one has access (since if someone reads the email before Jira, the ticket won't be created).
We have a feature request suggesting the ability to set another folder to use in the mail handler:
