Going to the permission inspector because one of my Service Desk agent is unable to close the issue I see on the following message:
"Jira Service Desk had been disabled this permission"
Detail: The user need to have a license on the Jira service desk board of this project.
If I set another user it works.
The message you have translated for usis saying that the person who cannot update the issue is not a Service Desk Agent - they are not in a group that grants them Service Desk Agent access.

Another user with the same role works. is it there any restriction on license ? is that also saying the error?
