We work as an admins for several customers (companies). Is is possible to filter feedback's by the customer. That we can see how many feedback's we had and what is the rate for customer 1, customer 2 etc?
@sanna_salminenTBH, I have little personal experience with doing much with the surveys as I have not had the need. Having said that my experience in the community has led me to understand that the flexibility is quite limited and most folks are leveraging an addon. I have seen this one mentioned more than once - customer-satisfaction-survey-for-jira. I expect there are others and would advise you have a look at the Marketplace. BTW, the only article I found in the docs was this - collecting-customer-satisfaction-csat-feedback, again quite limited. Finally, be sure to look at the “related content” to the right as there may be some further input for you.
