Jira Service Desk clients can't write a comment in the text area

Hello, 

A few clients are complaining that can't write a comment in a ticket, they start typing someting and ramdomly the text change for another word or the text desapear with out doing anhitnging at all and sometines they can only write one word. 

I've done a few tests and it's working fine from my side, some other clients can comment without any issue. 

Anyone is having the same issue?

I have not observed this. If you can reproduce this I suggest you try another browser. Then I would open a ticket withAtlassian Support .

Thanks Jack, I've tried that as well. Suddenly the error disappeared today!
