I'm able to translate some of the fields of the Jira Service Desk Widget, but not all of the fields. Is somebody able to help? The main language, the whole service desk and jira itself is in German. And in the settings you can change some words, but not all of them. Where could I translate the rest of that?

Currently, it's not possible to change the language of the widget. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

I think that the widget can be really helpful but only if you can customize it in the same way as you can customize the portal. Why am I able to change the language in the portal to whatever language I need and the widget shows parts in English and parts in another language? I think it wouldn't be professional, so you need to stick to English or not use the widget at all. Quite disappointing....

At INNSHIP we had to develop our own widget and integrate it via API. It works like a charm and it's not necessary to set the customer portal as public.
