I want to embed the widget in our Salesforce platform. Because of security reasons, I'm not able to lead external sources, but I can upload and load the script as a static resource. So far so good. Now, I can't add any parameters to the script markup. Is there another way to initiate the widget, say by calling the widget from a javascript function?
This is the only way to embed the script in Salesforce: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.lightning.meta/lightning/js_libs_platform.htm
Hey Adrian,
Did you figure out how to do this?
I have the same question... and I see there is no response on this after three months!!
Unfortunately, no. I did not receive any helpful answer (not from Jira nor from Salesforce) and could not solve this issue. The easiest way would be to add a static link to the service desk.

Yep... that's what I ended up doing.
Just another example of a function that Atlaasian has added that misses the mark or being truly useful.
