We are currently running Jira and Confluence. We plan to install Jira Service Desk and roll our existing 2 service desks into it as well as connect Jira, Confluence and Salesforce to it. Looking for recommendations on vendors that can not only implement but also consult and make recommendations - I have been out to the Partner Search but looking for input from folks that have actually worked with the vendor.
Hi @Dana Grahf,
I've worked with Expium in the past; they did a Jira boot camp for about 40 people at my company. Pricing was reasonable and they were great to work with.
They offer training for Service Desk, and provide services around setting up service desks and integrating them with other Atlassian products. For more information you can reqach out to Steve Terelmes and Bryan Darr
Here are a couple of links for reference:

Hope this helps,
Scott
Hi Dana. Maybe that is not the answer you are looking for, since we ARE a vendor (I can provide relevant recommendations from our clients though) :) but still I couldn't live with myself without pointing out that we're always happy to help.
My company has the whole range of services, and among them we obviously support Jira SD. We have a team of almost 40 people, devs, admins, business analysts, we do customizations, we write our own plugins, we support global companies.
We will also have competitive pricing :) You are welcome to check us out and reach out to me or to our sales team. https://ttpsc.com/en/atlassian/services/
Cheers, Tom

@Tomasz Pabich and @Steve Terelmes Thanks for your interest in this thread. I would invite you to please review our Atlassian Community guidelines for Marketplace vendors and Solution Partners.
In my view, Dana's request was pretty clearly seeking end user recommendations and not the solicitations of solution partners directly.
Thanks,
Andy

@Andy Heinzer, could you please help me understand where the violation from @Steve Terelmesoccurs so I know what to look for in the future? It appears that he is saying "thank you" for the recommendation I made and asking the customer to follow the links that I provided on my original post.
While he does ask OP to visit his company's website to explore the options they provide, he does not go into detail or promote any of those options. Rather, @Steve Terelmes is simply acknowledging the recommendation and sharing a means of contact.

Violation is such a strong word. I was not seeking to call out a violation exactly.
Instead, I noticed that both solution partners have relatively very few posts to community and I wanted to make them more aware of our guidelines. I am trying to encourage vendors/partners to follow our guidelines and avoid using community solely to promote their own interests. I would have preferred that solution partners themselves avoid posting to this particular thread because I'm not convinced they can remain unbiased in terms of recommendations about themselves. But I can see your concern here, perhaps I should have left separate comments more tailored to each partner.
As the OP stated, they can find solution partners through Atlassian's own website just fine, what they are looking for here are users like yourself, @Scott Theus, that have directly worked with a solution partner and want to know about your experience. Thanks for posting your own personal recommendation to this question.
