Jira Service Desk Test Envirionment customization

Hi,

I want to customize our jira service desk test environment (changing background color or adding a header to the page) but I don't see any options for this anywhere.
At the moment I am able to change the request form and email notifications in the test environment it's just the 'look' of the page I can't change.

Hi,

Unfortunately, you can't do anything more. Jira Service Desk doesn't offer a lot of options natively in case of layout customization. I recommend you to try our app Theme Extension for Jira Service Desk which allows you to change portal and makes it more friendly and consistent with your company.
