We are in need of some support for Jira Service Desk. We have the setup mostly complete however having problems with customer external links. Namely, the reset my password and accepting the portal registration:
When clicking the invite to the portal, we get token expired / not valid message.
When clicking forgot password link from email, Username shows as undefined
And then throws an error after trying to reset:
@olitekFirstly i would try to clearly browser cache, and try again if it doesn't work we can continue.

Cache cleared without resolution. I have also tried copying link to alternate PC and browsers with no luck.
