Jira Service Desk Project Email Comment split

hi,

When I reply to gmail or outlook, the comment looks like this.
but when I send it from Yandex, it looks like the other picture.
How can I solve this problem, can you help me?

This looks like Yandex is interpreting the formatting information differently.  The same email is sent, but the (non-atlassian) systems are handling it differently. 

It's not easy to work out a "fix" for this, as I don't use any of the email systems you have mentioned enough to know.  But they do need to be re-configured to send the mail in a more standard way that Jira can interpret better.
