This Screenshot seems to come from a regular software-project, 
not a Service-Desk Project, Service-Desk does not seem to support this.

/edit: as per JSDCLOUD-8623 it is indeed not possible to create sub-tasks for Next-Gen JSD

hm. Thanks for that. I will contact support. We have subtasks enabled for our products but alas I do not see it. Thanks again!
