We have Jira Service Desk 3.3.1 which is installed on Windows server.

We want to localize the service desk portal contents but we couldn't manage to find which property files in which jars should be edited.

As the language pack for Turkish is very limited we want to extend or modify by ourselves.

Any help should be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Erhan,

If you go to /opt/atlassian/jira/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/atlassian-bundled-plugins, you can find all the official supported language's jar files there.

Since Turkish is not officially released by Atlassian. You can go to https://translations.atlassian.com/ and download the language pack for Turkish and modify it then upload it on your server. To do this, go to Admin > Add-ons > Manage add-ons > Upload add-on.

Regards,
