Jira Service Desk/Knowledge Base: "error while fetching page properties report"

When attempting to display a page that contains a "Page Properties Report" macro to a JIRA Service Desk/Knowledge Base.  Users receive the error message "Error while fetching page properties report data"

The pages that contain the "page properties" being read by the Page Properties Report macro are all located within the same Knowledge Base site, and i have even specified (by name) the exact "in space" property value (instead of 'current space').

Is it not possible to take advantage of the "Page Properties Report" macro when using JIRA Service Desk/Knowledge Base?

Hi Charles,

I wasn't sure whether you were using Cloud or Server so tried to reproduce it on both and only got the error on Cloud so figured you were using Cloud :-)

Apparently this is already a known bug which is tracked in Atlassians public issue tracker: JSDCLOUD-5578. I suggest you vote and watch the issue to keep up to date about the progress.
