We are upgrded to Jira Service Desk 4.1 with the new help center design.
A really nice feature is, that there is the possiblity to add a banner image.
But there is one problem with that, it is not displayed for users, which are service Desk customers.
What I found out:
If I add a service desk customer to a group with jira software license, the banner image is displayed in the help center.
That is somehow strange.
The logo, the title or the announcements are normally shown.
Can somebody help?
