Jira Service Desk: Email Confirmation to*

Hi, is it possible to modify the description of the field.

We would like to change the description to suggest they use their school email address.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The field "Email confirmation to" is not available internally, it only appears when we open the project to anonymous access. With that said, it's not possible to add a description or modify its name. 

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• Ability to rename the 'Email confirmation to' field on anonymous portal
