Jira Service Desk Customer Permissions

Hi community,

I have a question concerning a specific case. In our Service Desk i have a Custom Field for selecting our products. For Example Product A, B and C. 

Is it possible that for example Customer_A only sees tickets from product A ? Or Customer B only from product B and C ?

Or do i need to create other service desks for that? (which would be really inefficient).

Are there any other solutions for this?

If you have Power Scripts, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira or Workflow Toolbox, you could setup security levels and set them programmatically, depending on the value of your product custom field.
