Under my service desk project's customer notification for requests created it consistently sends out a "shopify" string.
I have gone to the request created Notification and viewed the content and the string isn't available there. I sent a test E-mail to my self and the string doesn't show up. However, whenever I send a test email into service desk (from my personal e-mail) I get this string.
Hi Simon,
Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please send us a screenshot of this notification?
Also, I would like you to clarify the steps to reproduce, so we can test here as well.
However, whenever I send a test email into service desk (from my personal e-mail) I get this string.
Is this when you open a ticket or when you add a comment as an agent and receive the notification on your personal email?
Regards,
Angélica
Here is an URL to the image with the error.

So when a client submits a ticket they get a confirmation message that a request has been created. However, within the message that string shows up.

Hi Simon,
I was able to see the image, I received the notification about your previous reply.
I believe that someone edited the customer notifications and added the characters, is that correct?
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Regards,
Angélica
