Hi, Everyone!

I hope you're well.

I'm curious as to if there is a way for me to configure a JSD project to route issues based on which customer account the user is reporting from. I work for an MSP with multiple clients and would like to be able to designate a queue to each respective client. Please let me know if I need to elaborate further!

Example:

User A (user_a@domain1.com) submits a ticket to JSD Project I

Queue [Domain 1]

User B (user_b@domain2.com) submits a ticket to JSD Project I

Queue [Domain 2]

@Dan Anas - if your customer list is known, consider creating JSD Organizations for each customer. Then create queues for each Organization.

Hope this helps!

You can also set the org to populate by domain. Then set a queue like what is stated for each Org.
