We´ve migrated our Atlassian site to another new site. Migration included Jira service desk too. Now we´re not able to set pre-configured email address to email requests. We can change part of email adress before @, but domain part is not allowed to change. Domain of email adress is with original domain part, not the current.

I solved it myself :).
At Jira Settings > Products > Email requests I removed displayed old email adress (with old domain). In next step, in the service desk settings, I allowed meanwhile desabled email requests - and it works, new email adress is now added and it contains our current domain name.
