On Jira Service Desk Cloud, currently, there are no options to see Outbound email logs, only logs for Incoming requests.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
You can find the logs for incoming emails on Email requests directly on the project or by going to Jira settings > Products > Email requests > View log.
