Hello @Mukul S

you can use an Atlassian addon called Atlassian Access to provide SSO via an identity provider like Okta or Azure AD.

If you only have on-premise AD, it will not work out of the box and you will need to intergrate with an identity provider from this list.

Let me know if this helps,

@Alexis RobertThank you So much Alexis for your extended support . Few doubts on your response with respect to my use case :

1. my company have an on-premise AD and i am planning to go for Jira Service Desk Cloud . Here still i can make use of the on-premise AD by using the SAML-SSO for unsupported identity providers as suggested by you right ?

@Mukul S

yes you should be able to get a working SSO with your on premise but it will require more configuration on your side than a supported identity provider.

If you're aware of the extra work involved you're all good then.
