[Jira Service Desk - Cloud] Full Created Time & Date in a Queue?

I know there are tons of other posts similar to this one, but i didn't find a helpful answer in them.

Hi,

in our Service Desk, we would like to have a column in our queue, which displays the full created time & date.

• I already know, that it's possible to see the full time & date whenever you hover with your cursor over the 'created' field.
• Furthermore at the Marketplace i found some Plugins, which add a new column (where the full time & date is displayed). But they cost money. (too much - since we would only use one feature of it)

Did someone from you have the same issue and fixed it (without buying a plugin or extension)?

First of all thanks for your answer.

Yes, i already found that topic. But the Plugin isn't free. Maybe theres a way to display the information without paying for a Plugin, where we only use one function.
