Hi there,
I have a Jira Service Desk (Server) installed and 2 projects, each one with their portals of course.
Now how can i restrict the users of one project to see the other portal and the other way around?
Basically I have project A and project B. When a customer from project A enters the portal to rise a ticket, he can see and can access the portal from the project B.
As far as i understood in the permission schema, both need the "Service Desk Customer - Portal Access" in order to access their portal....
Can somebody help me restrict this?
Thanks.
You need to set your customer permissions to "Customers who are added to the project"
Then you need to add the user accounts to the customer role under users and roles.
Thank You.
Did the trick.
