When Switching between Groups in the Customer Request Portal (Service Desk) using Internet Explorer 11 the Desk always says: "There are no request types configured for this Service Desk.". Doing the same with Chrome the Request Types are shown.
I already updated all the plugins we are using and tried to disable them, that didn't solve the problem.
Does somebody have an idea?
The Version we are using is 3.13.2
