Jira SD Automation (Edit request type)

Hi,

I have a simple automation task in my Jira SD (Server install) 3.11.1. The automation task is when a new issue is created, with the tag "DS" in the subject, then edit the request type to DS.

I get green check marks all the way across the automation until it goes to edit the request type. There is a red '!' and the original request is untouched. Any suggestions or places I can look to resolve the automation task?
