Hi Guys,
Is there a way to see the priority change history when a project is added to a new priority scheme. I noticed after a priority scheme was changed; Jira never recorded the change on the history section of the ticket.
Is there any way to check the history?
Thanks.
Hello @Ismail Sanni
As per this documentation
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/audit-activities-in-jira-applications/
...a change to a Priority Scheme or changing which Priority Scheme is associated to a project is not recorded in the Jira Audit Log.
The history section of individual issues will record only changes to that individual issue.
Looks like it doesn't show up when you change priority scheme.

Welcome to the community. Unfortunately not at the project level. However if one implements a new priority scheme of the project where one of the original priority option was removed in the new scheme, then you can see the change activity at the issue level only.
Hope this helps.

Hi Joseph,
It didn't show up in the change activity, i even used API to check the changelog, but i found nothing. I created a ticket and i was told that Jira doesn't record the old priority when you add a new priority scheme.
I was given this link to watch in case Atlassian decides to work on it.
