Hi, I'm having trouble with a Jira Plan (think these are/were also called Jira Advanced Roadmaps). We have a few of us with edit permissions and then we want to share the "read only" view with our wider team. The problem is when one of us editors makes a change (e.g. adding new custom fields to the view) it often isn't flowing through to the Plan for others (we have definitely saved it), and we have somehow ended up with different "read only" URLs that look different for the same Plan. Can anyone help please?
