Hi,
Jira is repeatedly forwarding comments on Issues from one of our user accounts. The user claims not to be doing this. How can I turn this off?
I have removed the user's admin rights. The notifications are still coming.

Is there a post function or anything in that persons name?
We only have a simple workflow with no transitions and no post functions.
This user did however have admin rights to install the MS Teams for Jira Cloud App on Friday. Which is when "he" first commented on 2 User Stories on Friday. Today "he" has commented 17 times on 1 User Story!

Kindly have a look that comments are not added on the name of this user by Jira Service Desk Automation rules.
