I got the below message from one of our clients who we jira to communicate on tickets with. Can you please look into this and let me know on a possible resolution? Thanks.

I am still having issues with pictures/screenshots in Jira.  Below is what I see in the system.  Should I create a ticket for this?

Welcome to the community.  It seems this is referring to attachments attached to issue.

Take a look at this reference article to see if there is a problem with the actual attachments or not.
