Hello,
I recently got this error for new customers that tried to create an account to open tickets.
The channel is set to open.
I recently added an Organization to the project (recently changed to Space) and I didn't added the email domain. After the change the error didn't appear.
I created this ticket to inform others that will stumble upon this case.
