Jira Forms E-mail Notifications Not Working

How do I enable e-mail notifications every time a Jira Forms has been submitted in my Jira Project?

I've created multiple Jira Forms in my Jira project. Now I'm trying to setup an automation, specifically and e-mail notification for every time a new forms request has been submitted.

However, the automation doesn't show my forms, and when choosing "Any Forms", it's not creating a notification when a Forms is submitted.

Hi Kenneth,

A couple of questions. Have you linked the forms to a Request Type? 

Have you refreshed the Automation rules tab in your browser since you created the Forms so it will recognize them?

Hi John. If by request type you mean Issue Type, then yes, it's a form that creates a Story-issue in our backlog. Not sure if you are referring to a Advanced Forms, which is not something I'm using.

Yes, I have refreshed the Automation rules tab. I've also tried to create new forms, waited for multiple days etc, but it's still not showing/working.

Oh, that's the issue then. The automation rules for Forms only apply to Advanced forms (ProForma forms as they are sometimes called).
