Yes, but we are seeing above mentioned error. URL: https://dbsync-support.atlassian.net/ Checked in Incognito window + Tried NO CACHE URL too but no luck!
So create a support ticket here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and verify that Atlassian is performing indeed upgrades on your instance.
