I'm new to Jira and trying to test the import feature to migrate work items from another vendor to Jira.
I have a test csv file with basic fields (Issue Type, Summary, Description, Priority, Assignee, Reporter, Labels, Due Date).
There are only 8 items and just plain text data (no markdowns, no attachments).
The "new" csv import tool claims it has successfully imported all items (about 5 minutes), but nothing shows up in my new space or if I list all work items in my account. I saw some Jira update on Wed night, so not sure if something has changed or maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Had you used it before and it worked? Or was this the first time?
I suggest you use the Old process to give it a try. For the Assignee and Reporter fields be sure to use email addresses.
