Hey everybody,

 

I want to have a condition for an automation:

When the 

User who triggered the event is a participant, do anything.

 

The 'User Condition' allows only to choose the 'Issue reporter'. Can I solve this via Smart Value? I didn't find a Smart Value for participants.

Hİ @Hannes 

As I know, you can not select participant in that condition.

Maybe you can solve this problem indirectly if it helps.

User Condition:

  • "User who triggered the event" is not Reporter && "User who triggered the event" is not in role "Service Desk Team.
