Jira Assets Cloud – Missing column headers in all Object Types (only values visible, headers not ren

Hi everyone,

I'm seeing a strange UI issue in Jira Assets Cloud:
When I open any Object Type, the table shows all the values, but none of the column headers appear.

This happens for every attribute , the entire header row is missing.

What I see:

  • Rows of data load normally
  • Attribute names (e.g., “Country”, “Model”, “User”, etc.) do not appear at all This affects all Object Types in the schema
  • Tested in different browsers, incognito, and different users
  • No custom views or filters applied
  • New Assets UI is enabled (cannot switch to the old UI)

Is this a known issue or part of the new Assets UI rollout?

Has anyone else experienced missing headers across all columns?

Thanks!

Hi @Leonel Goitia

I can seem to replicate this.

If I add a column, the headers appear, but on a refresh they are gone again.

Suggest to raise this at support, as this might be a bug.

Yes, confirmed. It was working fine a couple of hours ago. Looks like there's a bugged release.
