Jira Apllication License Error

Hi Team,

I Have working around with some issue so i have "Enter the safe mode" option some how the application liciense is  uninstalled when i try to install it its showing this error

I tried to click on install but its not installing 

can any one please help me here how to do this

Hello,

Try to download the correct version of service desk and install it. Make sure that you download the correct version for your Jira Core:

Hi @Alexey Matveev  Thanks for your response

It resolved i got confuse I did not see the option "Exit Safe Mode and restore the previous configuration" is available

so I clicked it its resolved as previous settings 

My only question is i'm enabling each add-on manually so I have an add-on that "Jira service desk" i tried to enable it but its not showing any buttons to "Enable"  and Why the license is uninstalled automatically

I did not unistalled any license
