Hello, i am having an issue getting the "field help" to show on our JSM portal, it shows a '?' beside the applicable fields, but when hovering, or clicking , nothing shows. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any tips to resolve?

I have not seen that before. Are you using the ProForma form? Or the built in Request Type form?

I will note This is a new request type but i had set this project up with other "field helps" before and didnt have the same issue, but now they all seem to be doing that same thing, so could be something with the upgrade to 10.3.3

There is a good chance it has something to do with the new rollout. You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to have them investigate.

Yeah i was trying to do that originally but this is for my work environment and we use data center, the support page told me im not using cloud, and to ask the community
