gregory_wallace January 3, 2024

Greetings,

How would I go about finding license and user info in JSM Cloud? I thought I knew how but, I was wrong.

Hi @gregory_wallace ,

To view the full user list you'll need to be a global admin. The directory can be found in the admin portal under directory which will show Total Users, Active Users, # of Administrators. You can also filter by active/suspended/deactivated as well as role, User access, and Customer access.

For your invitation settings, these will also be in the admin portal but will be under the Products tab and then User Access Settings. This will show Approved Domains, User Invite settings, and invitation link settings.

~Hope this helps!

@Marcus Jones

I have one more question. When i try to look upi the invitations I don't see User Access Settings as an option. From the admin cog i clicked Products and ended up here. Did I miss a step?Screen Shot 2024-01-03 at 1.42.14 PM (2).png

Looking at your URL I think you're in the global settings not the admin settings. The URL for the admin portal changes from <YourSite>.atlassian.net to admin.atlassian.com/.

If you select the Cog icon upper right and go down and select User Management under Atlassian Admin. Once on that page you should see "Products" across the top toolbar, select that and then "User Access Settings".
