Hi! I work for a medium-sized company (400-500 employees). We have an internal helpdesk I've set up using JSM. I've added 'all' employees as 'customers' to the JSM project with the hopes that it would suffice for full access to the portal.

I have two domains, we'll say 'domain.com', and 'domainsolutions.com' for example here. 

Some employees had pre-existing Atlassian accounts using one of the two domains above.

I've just recently 'claimed' both of those domains.

What is the best way to get everyone on a single domain (e.g. domain.com)?
Can I just change their email address to point to domain.com?
