JSM customer portal - How to hide the context issue menu from the requests in portal??

Hi team,

 

Is there a way that we can hide the context issue menu from the portal requests only ?

Hi @Michail Kotantakis , not there is no such possibility to my knowledge.

What would be the added value anyway?

Hi @Dave Mathijs , thanks for your prompt answer.
I was thinking of a more clean view and another case would be to create an issue, add a couple of watchers in order to send a type of communication that would not be editable or with the possibility to add a comment
