Hello Everyone
Has anyone experience that JSM changes random requests from their original request type to the one that appears first in the list of request types?
For example I have this request types:
1- access to a
2- access to b
3- access to c
And i have created a service portal where each request is created. Then I am experiencing that when i create request access to b, randomly it appears as access to a.
I check if there is any automation executed but none.
Also check history and nothing there.
It has been happening for quite long.
Thanks!
I cannot accept the answer. I noticed also as in the issue log there isno track of requests type changes.
@Alex Koxaras _Relational_ Is there any logs i can check?
@Pablo Barbero issue changes are stored within the issue and I'm not sure you can find it somewhere else. If that problem persists and you are sure that you don't have any automation, and you are on a paid plan, then create a ticket directly to Atlassian's Support.

This can't happen without intervention. On the issue history there is no change of the request type recorded?
Are these request types share the same issue type and workflow? Did you check inside the workflow for any automation during the on create transition?
When does this change take place? On create? After a specific transition?
Do you have any listener activated from a 3rd party app like JMWE or scriptrunner?

There is no any sign of changes neither in history of changes nor in the automation history.
they share all same issue type story but there is not post functions or any other automation inside the worflow.
My observation is it happens upon creation but there is no automation executed when is created.
i was thinking to ask atlassian to check my logs

Hello Pablo and Atlassian.
I have the same issue since 3 years when copying projects with ScriptRunner of Adaptavist and i have never received a solution from the support.
When i create a project from a template project, all requests type are not in the same order as in the template project. then even some fields of each request type is changing its position and field's name.
So, Pablo, did you find any solution for this issue please?
Thank you for help.
