In the new JSM Alerts, the option to add a person as on override is not available. Cannot type in a new name for shift override. The box is greyed out. See screenshot.
There is only one occurrence reported, and all others can schedule an override by typing in an alternate name, but what is causing the box to be uneditable?
@Megan Nacey You can learn more about the override feature here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/override-an-on-call-schedule/ Per the documentation "Both users and admins have the ability to create schedule overrides, with admins also able to create them on behalf of users." The individual who has it greyed out is not an admin on the service desk.
