Wondering if there is a way to get a JSM alert auto created (without associating a JSM Project) as soon as a Slack message is posted in a specific channel?
Hi @Joseph Lee , can you explain the use case here? Alerts are indeed associated with projects in JSM.

I see that within JSM, there being a way to create an alert without associating a project (from the main “Your Work” page -> right hand corner with [action button with 3 dots] -> Create an alert -> fill out the form which doesn’t require a project to be associated)
If that is how it works natively within the application but does not apply when setting up automation for auto created alerts, I can associate a project and manage them that way.
Use case: For slack messages my team and I receive regarding a potential/active incident, we are trying to setup a way to get paged/alerted from JSM
