I am facing an issue with the missing JSM ticket number generation. I noticed that the ticket number jump and one of the ticket can be find no where. How is this happen and is way we can solve this? It jumps from 54 to 56, and I can't find the 55 no where.

May be there is a security level in your ticket. Can you look if someone deleted them (via audit log), look at your permission scheme to see if someone have the delete permission.
Probably a user made a new item, and they realised it was wrong on or in the wrong space and deleted the item.
The id is still referenced in the database and can't be reused.
