JSM Service project not showing up as a project on Jira (automation)

Hi Team,

I am trying to automate issues to a ticket from Jira to Jsm and cant find my JSM service project listed as one of the projects on Jira while trying to automate. Please help me out with this.

Also, if you know any other way of doing this automation do let me know as well.

Hi @Tanvee Narayani welcome to the community.  Are you by chance currently looking at the project settings for another project?  I know I was looking for one project in Automation and couldn't find it.  Turned out I was looking at the settings for a completely different project.

The other thing that might be in question, was do you have the same rights on all the projects in question?
