JSM Reports - 'Requests resolved with an article' to include articles in other Conflua

In Jira Service Management, the 'Requests Deflected' and 'Requests Resolved' metrics only recognize Knowledge Base articles. Since our team handles many diverse requests, our articles are divided between multiple Confluence spaces. 

Our goal is for all Jira requests to be linked to a Confluence article, but we currently have no way of monitoring this.

Any workarounds?
