We are testing some functionalities of Jira Service Management and particularly we would like to create users as "customer" via JSM REST API. However, we have noticed that, when we are doing like this, the user "customer" created via JSM REST API is not receiving any invitation e-mail to join the portal. Is there a bug or we should do anything when writing the API?
Moreover, can you confirm that when using JSM REST API is possible to add user ("customer") to different portals at the same time?
