We are receiving alerts into OG via email that contain links
The content of message when placed into Description are losing the links; only the text is coming thru.
If I look at the attached body in the alert, the links are there.
I want the links (or the email attachment) to end in the JSM ticket.
Ideas on how I can accomplish this will be greatfully received.
