How can companies ensure business continuity when depending heavily on Atlassian products like JIRA JSM, JS, and Confluence, especially in the event of a significant issue like the recent crowd strike incident that completely paralyzed the company and its product offerings, including the marketplace?
Is there a way to always back up JSM/JS/Confluence so that in the event of such incidents, the backed-up data can be loaded into an internally hosted BCP system to continue business as usual (BAU)? Once the issue is resolved, the data from the BCP system could then be synced back to the JIRA products.
Has anyone thought of this?

-- If you are using Atlassian Cloud applications, then this is not possible. BCP, Backups are taken care by Atlassian itself. They will keep posted regarding the status when someone is impacted.
